Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day,
– on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered together;
– on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last goods, provided that you ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately;
– on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last partial delivery or the last item, provided that you ordered goods that are delivered in several partial deliveries or items;
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (CAPRIUM, Egerstraße 1, 63667 Nidda, Telephone No.: 06043 / 98 49 388, Email Address: info@caprium.de by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) that you have decided to withdraw from this contract. You may use the enclosed model withdrawal form for this purpose, although you are not required to do so.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day on which we receive the notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method as you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; no fees will be charged to you in connection with this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. You will have met the deadline if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period expires.
You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.
You will only be liable for any diminution in value of the goods if this diminution is not due to handling of the goods other than that which is necessary to examine their condition, characteristics and functioning.
Exclusions and Grounds for Lapse
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
– for the supply of goods that are not made to order and for whose manufacture the consumer’s individual choice or determination is essential, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs;
– for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would pass quickly;
– for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price is agreed at the time the contract is concluded but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the contract is concluded and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market which the trader cannot control;
– for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or illustrated publications, except for subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal lapses early in the event of contracts
– for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery;
– for the supply of goods if, after delivery, they have become inextricably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
– for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging if the seal has been removed after delivery.
