1 Prices and Payment Terms

1.1 The prices stated by the seller are final prices and include statutory VAT. Any additional delivery and shipping costs incurred may be stated separately in the respective product description.

1.2 For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases, which are not attributable to the seller and are to be borne by the customer. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of funds by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).

1.3 The customer has various payment options available, which are stated in the seller's online shop.

1.4 If payment in advance is agreed, payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

1.5 If the payment method "delivery on account" is selected, the purchase price becomes due after the goods have been delivered and invoiced. In cooperation with Klarna , we offer you purchase on account as a payment option. The payment period is 14 days from the invoice date. The invoice is issued when the goods are shipped and sent either by email or together with the goods. Payment is made to Klarna. Please note that Klarna invoice is only available to consumers. The complete terms and conditions for purchase on account can be found here. The online shop charges a fee of 0 euros per order for purchase on account with Klarna.

2.1 For deliveries within Germany , we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise stated in the respective product presentation in the offer:

3 Delivery and Shipping Terms

3.1 Goods are generally delivered by the shipping route and to the delivery address provided by the customer. When processing the transaction, the delivery address stated in the seller's checkout process is decisive. Notwithstanding this, if the payment method PayPal is selected, the delivery address saved by the customer at PayPal at the time of payment is decisive.

3.2 If the transport company returns the shipped goods to the seller because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer bears the costs for the unsuccessful delivery. This does not apply if the customer exercises their right of withdrawal by refusing acceptance, if the customer is not responsible for the circumstances that led to the impossibility of delivery, or if the customer was temporarily prevented from accepting the offered performance, unless the seller had announced the performance to them a reasonable time in advance.

3.3 In principle, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold goods passes to the customer or a person entitled to receive them upon delivery. If the customer acts as an entrepreneur, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration in a mail-order purchase passes upon delivery of the goods at the seller's business premises to a suitable transport person.

3.4 The seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in the event of incorrect or improper self-supply. This only applies if the non-delivery is not attributable to the seller and this seller has concluded a concrete cover transaction with the supplier with due diligence. The seller will make all reasonable efforts to procure the goods. In the event of unavailability or only partial availability of the goods, the customer will be informed immediately and the consideration will be refunded immediately.

3.5 Self-collection is not possible for logistical reasons.

4 Delivery

4.1 Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be carried out by DHL, Hermes or DPD. This will be communicated to you after confirmation. 

4.2 We currently ship to the following countries: Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland

5 Shipping Costs

5.1 For shipping within Germany, we charge a flat rate of 4.90 EUR shipping costs per order.

5.2 Please note that for cross-border deliveries, additional taxes (for example in the case of an intra-community acquisition) and/or duties, for example in the form of customs duties, may be incurred, which are to be borne by you.

Domestic shipping costs (Germany):

Free delivery from 100€ within Germany and Austria.

For shipping outside EU countries, the buyer bears the incurred customs duties. We ship our goods within 24 hours of receipt of the order (in the case of payment in advance and direct debit within 24 hours of receipt of payment), unless additional information about the delivery time is stated in the product description. Our shipping costs include packaging, service and postage.

6 Delivery Times

6.1 The delivery time is 2 business days within Germany. There is no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Should an item exceptionally not be in stock or not immediately available for delivery and the delivery time be extended accordingly, this will be stated separately on the respective product page.

6.2 For international shipping, the delivery time is 5-7 business days. There is no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. * You will generally receive standard orders 2 to 5 business days after receipt of the order. Shortly after collection drops and during the sale, longer delivery times may occur.
